Only one more sleep until the “pre-premier” meeting kicks off in Bessèges! As some German members from Moviemiento have already headed to France, the next week will be full of final preparations on the Givebox, collecting old and recycled materials for the DIY upcycling workshops, and finalising the artistic program, which we will take to six towns over 2 weeks.

At the pre-premier meeting, you can expect fun people, a dinner recital and a communal meal (from 8pm), short film screenings (from 9pm-ish), and at 10:30 a concert by Les Magiciens du Quotidien – a local act who will be performing numerous times throughout the tour.

If you can’t make it tomorrow, don’t worry. Officially, there are 14 (!) local artists, musicians and performers who will join our travelling project at some point or other.

The film program, put together by Moviemiento, looks amazing too: each short film is a beautiful exploration of the themes ‘rebirth’ and ‘renewal’. There will be a screening on each evening of the tour, and all but one of those will be outdoors… so cross your fingers for good weather!

All in all, we are incredibly excited to embark on the 2nd tour through this region, and hope that we are able to spread the word of healthy and sustainable consumption.
